With work, wedding planning, etc, how often do I have to take classes to get my body in shape?

With all the stress of planning a wedding you want your fitness program to be fun, efficient and easy to follow. 20 min/day 3-4 times/week is all you need to get results fast as we use HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training) on Whole Body Vibration Machines to accelerate your results and maximize your time at the studio.

What’s the difference in having a personal coach and training in a class?

Small group classes are fun, high energy and incredibly motivating! The synergy created in class is electrifying and pushes you beyond your limits inspiring you to transform into the best version of yourself!

To maintain a healthy diet with my fitness regime, what type of foods do you suggest?

Pure Vibe is not just a workout it is a lifestyle. We provide nutritional & lifestyle coaching to all of our brides & grooms and track their results through BCA testing every 30 Days to ensure they are on track to meet their goals in time for their big day!

We work with our brides & grooms “one on one” and recommend a whole food, plant based, nutrient dense diet consisting of fibre rich fruits and vegetable, lean protein and healthy fats.

What advice would you give an upcoming bride & groom?
